In addition to providing individual advice to companies in the Ore Mountains, we also advise returnees, immigrants and their families on the topics of arriving, working and living in a personal one-to-one meeting.

As an active hub, we use a large network and contacts with many important partners to ensure that your foreign employee quickly feels at home in the Ore Mountains.

Feel free to refer your foreign employees to us or support your international specialists in making an appointment for a personal consultation.

Welcome protection

(Kopie 7)

In the Ore Mountains, "Hutzn" means to move together or sit together. This custom was once established by the miners' wives on winter evenings. Today, we simply understand "Hutzn" as a convivial get-together with friends or neighbors.

Our Welcome-Hutzn aims to bring newcomers to the Erzgebirge, returnees and those in love with the ERZ into contact with each other and thus help them to arrive, make connections and network. Whether coffee tasting or creative woodworking - the topics change just like the venues and offer plenty of inspiration to get into conversation quickly.
